2. Description of Service

Centerpiece Lab provides an all-in-one platform for gyms, athletes, creators, and entrepreneurs to build and manage online storefronts. Our services include website creation, e-commerce functionality, portfolio showcasing, scheduling, merchandise integration, and social media connections.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Centerpiece Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Sell counterfeit or prohibited goods through your store
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees in accordance with your selected plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Transaction fees (5% for Basic, 3% for Pro) apply to all sales made through your store. Fees are deducted from your payouts automatically.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Printful, and various social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Centerpiece Lab is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Centerpiece Lab and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CENTERPIECE LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
